If the item you order is in stock it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If not in stock, the approximate delivery time will be displayed in the product description. If you require an item for a specific date or if you want to check stock availability please e-mail email@example.com
Returns and refunds
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, should you wish, you may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your purchase for a refund. After informing us you have a further 14-day period to return the item to us. Items arriving later will not qualify for a refund. Returned items must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging and with labels still attached to the product. Items made to order, or which have been customised, do not qualify for a refund.
We advise that you use a trackable and insured method of delivery to enable you to claim against the carrier should your item fail to arrive to us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Items being returned from outside of the EU must be marked as “Returned Goods” so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which insufficient postage has been paid or for which there are outstanding customs charges.
A refund of the purchase price will be issued once the protocol outlined above is adhered to and the item has been received by us. The account used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price.
If there is any problem with your refund, we will let you know.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
To exchange your item, please return it to us for a refund and then make a new online purchase from our website.

Items that do not qualify for an exchange or refund
We are unable to accept exchange or refund for rings that have been adjusted to your specific size, chains made to custom length for you, or if the item has in any way been altered by yourself or a third party.
Bespoke pieces do not qualify for a return or a refund. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required before we begin the making of your piece.
We use trackable and insured postal and courier services to ship the jewellery to you, but in the unlikely event that your item has not arrived within the stated time frame, please contact us immediately via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
VAT, Custom & Delivery Charges
Sweden: All orders include free delivery
EU: Orders over 150 EUR include free delivery. No other charges applies.
Outside of the EU: A delivery rate of 300 SEK* or 500 SEK** will be applied, depending on destination.
* approximately 30 USD, depending on the currency exchange rate on the day of ordering.
**approximately 50 USD, depending on the currency exchange rate on the day of ordering.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own country's VAT and custom charges, should any apply.
For Swedish customers, items are sent using Postnord. International orders are shipped using a courier. EU, UK, US & Canada will take approx 2-8 days from despatch, whereas delivery to the rest of the world will take approx 3-10 days.
Silver items over 7,7g and all gold items will have a maker's mark and either a Swedish or a UK hallmark which guarantee the metal content of the item. In all cases only precious metals are used.

We offer a 1 year warranty on all our jewellery against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been customised or altered by anyone other than ANNIKA BURMAN. If you have any queries, please contact us at email@example.com
In the rare event that your item has a defect, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with images of what you deem to be a defect before sending us the item. If the complaint is approved, once we have received item we will replace or repair the product.
Please note, the customer is responsible for any delivery charges related to a warranty repair, unless the item arrives faulty, and the claim is made within 30 days of the purchase, in which case we will reimburse the customer on proof of postage.
If the faulty item returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase price. Please note that for customers outside of the EU, VAT and import costs will not be covered or reimbursed for.
We will not be responsible if the item is lost or stolen while in your care.
In a situation beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, labour disputes, strikes, sanctions, or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services, ANNIKA BURMAN shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations. ANNIKA BURMAN, shall, when applicable, ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to minimise disruption and delays and to inform and keep the customer notified.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
While doing our outmost to keep the information on this website correct at all times, we cannot guarantee that it will be free from errors regarding exact specifications, such as measurements, prices, stock levels etc. We cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colors. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colors may vary.
We reserve the right to at any time deny any purchases at our own discretion.
