Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, you may return the item/s for a refund within 14 days, which counts from the day following delivery of the goods, or when you were first notified that the item was ready for collection.
Please make contact with email@example.com for instructions if you wish to return your purchase. The return notice must reach us within the stated 14 days. Please allow 24h for us to respond to you by email.
The items must be:
· returned in its original packaging
· returned within the issued time frame
· not a commissioned piece which has been made to your specifications
From your notification, letting us know you want to return your purchase, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. The item is your responsibility until it has been returned to us and a refund will not be made until the item has been received by us and checked. It is the customer’s responsibility to use a safe method to return the goods. For your own protection we recommend that you use a delivery service which insure you for the value of the goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Items being returned from outside of the EU must be marked 'Returned Goods' so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which insufficient postage have been paid or for which there are outstanding customs charges.
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
Commissioned pieces made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged, including rings and chains adjusted or modified to fit your specific size.
To ensure you find what you are looking for in the first place, and to avoid the need for a return, please feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have. If you require a different length of chain, then let us know, as often small length alterations to fine silver chains can be provided without extra charge, providing it is requested prior to purchase. Please measure carefully for your correct ring size.
Bespoke pieces do not qualify for a return or a refund. A 50% deposit will be required before we begin the making of your piece. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include gift cards and products made to your specifications
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We thorougly quality-check all items, but in the unlikely event the item you receive is faulty, then - after a thorough check - your refund will be issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you fail to collect your item from a shipper's pick-up point within the stated time frame, and as a result the item is returned to us, a fee of 200 SEK - for return postage, plus and administration charge - will be deducted from your refund payment.
